Return Policy
If our products are DAMAGED or MADE WRONG TO THE EXACT ORDER THAT YOU ORDERED we offer a return policy of in store credit. To qualify for store credit contact us within 1-2 days of receiving the order. To qualify for our in store credit there are multiple steps that you have to take. You need to take a photo of the damaged item or the wrong item that you received. You need to take a screenshot or photo of your receipt. All of this must be done within 1-2 days of receiving the faulty item.

What is Our Cookie Promise
Our cookie promise is to guarantee fresh and same day delivered products straight to the customers door to give the customer the highest amount of satisfaction. We bake the cookies as soon as the order comes in and ship it as soon as it is done. We do this to make sure the cookies are as fresh as they could possibly be.
How is Baked Heaven Socially Responsible
Baked Heaven is dedicated to giving back to our community by donating 5% of our revenue worth of cookies to a local food bank in our area each month of operation. The food bank we will partner with is Greater Sayville Food Pantry. At Baked Heaven we understand the importance of having a united community, and with us giving back to the community we feel this is beneficial for all involved. In doing so it gives indigent people the opportunity to enjoy a tasty treat of our freshly baked goods. In addition each of Baked Heavens employees will spend one hour a week serving the 350 families at the food pantry.
